37:1
By (Wa) the Arrangers (Es'Soaffaati)* of a row (Soffaa),
37:2
and (Fa) the restrainers (Ez'Zaajiraati) of a rebuke (Zaj'raa),
37:3
and (Fa) the reciters (Ettaaliyaati) of a remembrance (Zik'raa);
37:4
indeed (Inna), your god (ilaaha-kum’) is (La) One (Waahid),
37:5
LORD (Rabbu) of the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and the earth (Wal' Ar'di) and whatever (Wamaa) is between them (Bai'nahumaa) and (Wa) LORD (Rabbu) of the east (El'Mashaariq).
37:6
Indeed (Inna), We have adorned (Ayyanna) the lowest (Ed'Dun'ya) heaven (Es'Samaa'a) with (Bi) the adornment (Ziinatin) of planets (El'Kawaakib),
37:7
guarding (Hif'zoan) against (Min) every (Kulli) rebellious (Maarid) devil (Shai'toanin).
37:8
They (the devils) cannot (Laa) listen (Yassammauuna) to (ilal) the highest (El'A'laa) assembly (El'Malai); for (Wa) they will be pelted (Yuq'zafuuna) from (Min) every (Kulli) side (Jaanib),
37:9
to be driven away (Duhuuran); and (Wa) they will have (Lahum) a permanent (Waasib) punishment (Äzaabun).
37:10
Only (illa) one whom (Man') the impulse (El'Khat'fata) catches (Khatifa), then (Fa) a penetrating(Thaaqib) meteor (Shihaabun) will chase him (At'baä-hu).
37:11
So (Fa) seek their legal opinion (Es'taf'ti-him), "Are they (Ahum') more difficult (Ashaddu) in creation (Khal'qan) or (Am) those (Man') We created (Khalaq'naa)?" Indeed (Innaa), We created them (the humans) (Khalaq'naa-hum) from (Min) sticky (Laazib) clay (Tiinin).
37:12
In fact (Bal'), you are amazed (Äjib'ta), while (Wa) they ridicule (Yas'kharuun).
37:13
And (Wa) when (Izaa) they are reminded (Zukkiru'), they do not (Laa) remember (Yaz'kuruun).
37:14
And (Wa) whenever (Izaa) they see (Ra'aw') a sign (Aayatan), they ridicule (Yas'tas'khiruun).
37:15
And (Wa) they say (Qaaluu'), "This (Haaza) is (In' illa) clear (Mubiin) sorcery (Sih'run)!
37:16
"When (A'izaa) we die (Mit'na) and (Wa) become (Kunna) dust (Turaaban) and bones (Ezoaman); we will indeed (A'inna) be (La) resurrected (Mab'uuthuun)?
37:17
“As well as (Awa) our forefathers (Aabaaunal' Awwaluun)?"
37:18
Say (Qul'): "Yes (Naäm'), you (Antum') will be piled up (Daakhiruun).”
37:19
And (Fa) it (Hiya) will only (Innama) be a single (Waahidatun) rebuke (Zaj'ratun) and (Fa) then (Izaa) they (Hum') will be looking (Yanzuruun).
37:20
And (Wa) they will say (Qaalu'), "Woe to us! (Yaa Wai'lanaa); this (Haazaa) is the Day of Judgement (Yaw'mu Ed'Diin)."
37:21
This (Haaza) is the Day of Decisiveness (77:38) (Yaw'mul' Fas'li) which (-hi) you have (Kuntum) denied (Tukazzibuun Bi-).
37:22
Those who (Ellaziina) transgressed (Zolamu') will be assembled (Eh'shuru') with (Wa) their spouses (Az'waaja-hum’) as well as (Wa) those (Wamaa) they used to (Kaanu') worship (Ya'buduun)
37:23
besides GOD (Min Duuni-llahi), for (Fa) they led them (Eh'duu-hum) to (ilaa) the path (Siraati) of Hell (El'Jahiim).
37:24
"Stop them (Waqifuu-hum)! Indeed, they (Innahum) must be questioned (Mas'uuluun).”
37:25
“Why do you (Maa Lakum) not (Laa) help each other (Tanaasoruun)?”
37:26
In fact (Bal'), they (Humu) will be submitting (Mus'tas'limuun) on that day (El'Yaw'ma).
37:27
And (Wa) they will engage in (Aq'bala Älaa) questioning (Yatasaa'aluun) each other (Ba'du-hum’ Ba'din).
37:28
They will say (Qaaluu'), "Indeed, you (Innakum) used to (Kuntum) come to us (Ta'tuunanaa) from the right side (Änil' Yamiin)."
37:29
They (the Idolized) will say (Qaalu'), "Rather (Bal), you were (Takuunu') not (Lam) believers (Mu'miniin),
37:30
we did not have (Maa Kaana Lanaa) any (Min) authority (Sul'toani) over you (Älai'kum); in fact (Bal'), you were (Kuntum) a transgressing (Toagiin) people (Qaw'man).
37:31
"So (Fa) the word (Qaw'lu) of our LORD (Rabbi-naa) has been imposed on us (Haqqa Älai'naa). Indeed (Innaa), we will (La) taste (Zaa’iquuna),
37:32
since (Fa) we misled you (Ag'wai'naa-kum); indeed (Innaa) we were (Kunnaa) misleaders (Gaawiin)."
37:33
And (Fa) indeed, they (Innahum) will be participating (Mush'tarikuun) in (Fii) the punishment (El'Äzaabi) on that day (Yaw'maizin).
37:34
Indeed (Inna), likewise (Kazaalika) will We deal with (Naf'älu Bi) the criminals (El'Muj'rimiin).
37:35
Indeed, they (Innahum) became arrogant (Yas'tak'biruun) when (Izaa) they were told (Qiila Lahum), "There is no god (Laa ilaaha) except (illa) the GOD (Ellahu)." (Ch 112)
37:36
And (Wa) they said (Yaquuluuna), "Are we indeed (A'inna) to (La) leave (Taarikuu') our gods (Aalihati-naa) for (Li) a crazy (Maj'nuun) poet (Shaaerin)?"
37:37
In fact (Bal'), he (Mohammed) has brought (Jaa'a Bi) the truth (El'Haqqi) and (Wa) confirmed (Soddaqa) the messengers (El'Mur'saliin).
37:38
Indeed, you (Innakum) will (La) taste (Zaaiqu') the painful (El'Aliim) punishment (El'Äzaabi).
37:39
And (Wa) you will only (Maa illa) be requited (Tuj'zaw'na) for what (Maa) you have (Kuntum) done (Ta'maluun),
37:40
except (illa) the sincerely devoted (El'Mukh'lasiin) servants of GOD (Ebaada-llahi); 1
37:41
those (U'laaika) will have (Lahum') a well-known (Ma'luum) sustenance (Riz'qun)
37:42
of fruits (Fawaakihu); and (Wa) they (Hum) will be honoured (Muk'ramuun)
37:43
in (Fii) the Gardens of Bliss (Jannaatin' Naeem),
37:44
on (Älaa) alternating (Mutaqaabiliin) couches (Sururin);
37:45
circulated (Yutoafu) with (Bi) cups (Ka'sin) of (Min) spring water (Maeen) around them (Älai'him),
37:46
white (Bai'doa'a) and delicious (Lazzatin) for the drinkers (Lis’ Shaaribiin);
37:47
there is no (Laa) evil spirit (Gaw'lun) therein (Fiihaa) nor (Walaa) will they (Hum') be exhausted (Yunzafuun) therefrom (Än'haa).
37:48
And (Wa) with them (Endahum') will be a party (Ettor'fi) of young women (Qaasiraatu) as assistants (Een),
37:49
as if they (f) (Ka'annahunna) were protected (Mak'nuun) eggs (Ba'dun).
37:50
And (Fa) they (the inheritors) will engage in (Aq'bala Älaa) asking (Yatasaa'aluun) each other (Ba'du-hum' Ba'din).
37:51
A speaker 1 (Qaa’ilun) among them (Min'hum) will say (Qaala), "I (Innii) used to (Kaana) have (Lii) a companion (Qariin),
37:52
who would say (Yaquulu), "Are you indeed (A'inna-ka) among (Lamina) those who believe (El'Musoddiqiin)
37:53
that when (A'izaa) we die (Mit'naa) and (Wa) become (Kunnaa) dust (Turaaban) and bones (Ezoaman), we will indeed (A'innaa) be (La) held accountable (Madiinuun)?"
37:54
He (speaker 2) will say (Qaala), "Will (Hal') you (Antum) take a look (Muttoliuun)?"
37:55
Then (Fa) he (speaker 1) will look (Ettalaä) and (Fa) see him (the companion) (Ra'aa-hu) in (Fii) the square (Sawaa'i) of Hell (El'Jahiim).
37:56
He (speaker 1) will say (Qaala), "By GOD (Ta'llahi), you (the companion) almost (In Kidtta) would have (La) spoiled me (Tur'diini),
37:57
and (Wa) if not (Law' Laa) for the blessing (Ni'matu) of my LORD (Rabbii), I would have (La) been (Kuntu) among (Mina) those in attendance (the punishment) (El'Muh'doriin).
37:58
Speaker 1 "So (Afa-) we (Nah'nu) are not (-maa Bi) to die (Mayyitiin)
37:59
except (illa) our death (Maw'tata-naa) of the first life (El'Uulaa), and (Wa) we (Nah'nu) will not (Maa Bi) be punished (Muäzzabiin)?!"
37:60
Indeed (Inna), this (Haaza) is (Lahuwa) a great (El'Äziim) achievement (El'Faw'zu).
37:61
For (Li) the like (Mith'li) of this (Haaza), so let (Fal') the workers (El'Äämiluun) work (Ya'mali).
37:62
Is that (A'zaalika) a better (Khai'run) lodging (Nuzulan) or (Am') the tree (Shajaratu) of bitterness (Ez'Zaqquum)?
37:63
Indeed (Innaa), We have made it (Jaäl'naa-haa) a torment (Fit'natan) for the transgressors (Liz' Zoalimiin).
37:64
Indeed, it (Innahaa) is a tree (Shajaratun) which will come forth (Takh'ruju) in (Fii) the root (As'li) of Hell (El'Jahiim).
37:65
Its emergence (Tol'u-haa) is as if it (Ka'annahu) were the heads (Ru'uusu) of the devils (Es'Shayaatiin).
37:66
For (Fa) indeed, they (Innahum') will (La) eat (Aakiiluuna) from it (Min'haa) and (Fa) fill (Maaliuuna) the bellies (El'Butuun) therefrom (Min'haa).
37:67
Then (Thumma) indeed (Inna), they will have (Lahum') a (La) mixture (Shaw'ban) of (Min') magma (Hamiim) on top of it (Älai'haa).
37:68
Then (Thumma) indeed (Inna), their return (Mar'jiä-hum') is (La) to (ilaa) Hell (El'Jahiim).
37:69
Indeed, they (Innahum') found (Al'faw') their fathers (Aabaa'a-hum') astray (misguided) (Doalliin),
37:70
and they (Fahum') hastened (Yuh'rauun) on (Älaa) their footsteps (Aathaari-him').
37:71
And (Wa) most (Ak'tharu) of the predecessors (El'Äwwaliin) had certainly (Laqad') strayed (Dolla) before them (Qab'lahum).
37:72
And (Wa) certainly (Laqad') We sent (Ar'sal'naa) warners (Munziriin) among them (Fiihim).
37:73
So (Fa) observe (Enzur') how (Kai'fa) was (Kaana) the end (Ääqibatu) of those warned (El'Munzariin),
37:74
except (illa) the sincerely devoted (El'Mukh'lasiin) servants of GOD (Ebaada-llahi). 2
37:75
And (Wa) certainly (Laqad') Noah (Nuuhun) called Us (Naadaa-naa), for (Fa) We are (La) the Wonderful (Ni'ma) Responders (El'Mujiibuun).
37:76
And (Wa) We rescued him (Najjai'naa-hu) and (Wa) his family (Ah'la-hu) from (Mina) the terrible (El'Äziim) distress (El'Kar'bi).
37:77
And (Wa) We made (Jaäl'naa) his descendants (Zurriyyata-hu) to be those (Humu) remaining (El'Baaqiin).
37:78
And (Wa) We left (Tarak'naa) about him (Älai'hi) for (Fii) later generations (El'Aakhiriin).
37:79
Peace (Salaamun) be upon (Älaa) Noah (Nuuhin) among (Fii) the worlds (El'Äälamiin).
37:80
Indeed, We (Innaa) thus (Kazaalika) reward (Naj'zii) the benevolent (El'Muh'siniin).
37:81
Indeed, he (Innahu) was one of (Min') Our (-naa) believing (El'Mu'miniin) servants (Ebaadi-).
37:82
Then (Thumma) We drowned (Ag'raq'naa) the others (El'Aakhiriin).
37:83
And (Wa) indeed (Inna), from (Min) his community (Noah’s) (Shiiäti-hi) was (La) Abraham (Ib'raahiim),
37:84
when (Iz') he came (Jaa'a) to his LORD (Rabba-hu) with (Bi) a sound (Saliim) heart (Qal'bin). (26:89)
37:85
When (Iz') he (Abraham) said (Qaala) to (Li) his father (Abii-hi) and (Wa) his people (Qaw'mi-hi), "What (Maaza) are you worshipping (Ta'buduun)?
37:86
"Is it (A-) gods (Aalihatan) of falsehood (-if'kan) other than (Duuna) the GOD (Ellahi) you desire (Turiiduun)?
37:87
"So (Fa) what (Maa) do you think (Zonnu-kum) of (Bi) the LORD (Rabbi) of the worlds (El'Äälamiin)?"
37:88
So (Fa) he (Abraham) took a look (Nazara Naz'ratan) at (Fii) the stars (En'Nujuum),
37:89
then (Fa) he said (Qaala), "Indeed, I am (Innii) ill (Saqiim)."
37:90
So (Fa) they turned away (Tawallaw') from him (Än'hu) retreating (Mud'biriin).
37:91
Then (Fa) he swerved (Raaga) to (ilaa) their gods (Aalihati-him') and (Fa) said (Qaala), "Do you not (Alaa) eat (Ta'kuluun)?
37:92
"Why do you (Maa Lakum') not (Laa) speak (Tantiquun)?"
37:93
Then (Fa) he swerved (Raaga) a blow (Dor'baa) at them (Älai'him') with the right hand (Bil' Yamiin).
37:94
Then (Fa) they (his people) came to him (Aq'baluu' ilai'hi), hurrying (Yaziffuun).
37:95
He (Abraham) said (Qaala), "Do you worship (Ata'buduuna) what (Maa) you sculpt (Tan'hituun),
37:96
while (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) has created you (Khalaqa-kum') and whatever (Wamaa) you make (Ta'maluun)?"
37:97
They said (Qaalu'), "Construct (Eb'nu') a structure (Bun'yaanan) for him (Lahu), and (Fa) throw him (Al'quu-hu) into (Fii) the inferno (El'Jahiim)."
37:98
So (Fa) they proposed (Araadu') a scheme (Kai'dan) against him (Bihi), but (Fa) We made them (Jaäl'naa-humu) the lowest (El'As'faliin).
37:99
And (Wa) he (Abraham) said (Qaala), "Indeed, I am (Innii) going (Zaahibun) to (ilaa) my LORD (Rabbii); HE will guide me (Sa Yah'diini).
37:100
"My LORD (Rabbi), grant me (Hab' Lii) among (Mina) the righteous (Es'Soalihiin)."
37:101
So (Fa) We gave him good news (Basshar'naa-hu) of (Bi) a clement (Haliim) boy (Gulaamin).
37:102
And (Wa) when (Lammaa) he (the son) attained (Balaga) endeavour (Es'Sa'ya) with him (Maähu), he (Abraham) said (Qaala), "O (Yaa) my son (Bunayya), indeed I (Inni) have seen (Araa) in (Fii) a dream (El'Manaami) that I (Anniii) have slaughtered you (Az'bahu-ka), so (Fa) see (Enzur') what (Maaza) you think (Taraa)." He (the son) said (Qaala), "O (Yaa) my father (Abati), do (Ef'äl') what (Maa) you are commanded (Tu'maru). You will find me (Sa Tajidunii) of (Mina) the patient (Es'Soabiriin), if GOD wills (In Shaa'a-llahu)."
37:103
So (Fa) when (Lammaa) they had submitted (As'lamaa), and (Wa) he (Abraham) held him down (Talla-hu) by the forehead (Lil' Jabiin),
37:104
thus (Wa) We called him (Naadai'naa-hu) that (An), "O (Yaa) Abraham (Ib'raahiim),
37:105
you have (Qad') believed (Saddaq'ta) the vision (Er'Ru'yaa)." Indeed, We (Innaa) thus (Kazaalika) reward (Naj'zii) the benevolent (El'Muh'siniin).
37:106
Indeed (Inna), this (Haaza) was (Lahuwa) a clear (El'Mubiin) trial (El'Balaau).
37:107
And (Wa) We ransomed him (the son) (Fadai'naa-hu) with (Bi) a great (Äziim) slaughter (Zib'hin),
37:108
and (Wa) We left (Tarak'naa) about him (Älai'hi) for (Fii) later generations (El'Aakhiriin).
37:109
Peace (Salaamun) be upon (Älaa) Abraham (Ib'raahiim).
37:110
We thus (Kazaalika) reward (Naj'zii) the benevolent (El'Muh'siniin).
37:111
Indeed, he (Innahu) was one of (Min') Our (-naa) believing (El'Mu'miniin) servants (Ebaadi-).
37:112
So (Wa) We gave him good news (Basshar'naa-hu) of (Bi) Isaac (Is'haaqa); a prophet (Nabiyyan) among (Mina) the righteous (Es'Soalihiin).
37:113
And (Wa) We blessed him (Baarak'naa Älai'hi2) and (Wa) Isaac (Is'haaqa). And (Wa) among (Min) the descendants of both (Zurriyyati-himaa) was one who was benevolent (Muh'sinun), and (Wa) one who was clearly (Mubiin) unjust (Zoalimun) to himself (Naf'si-hi).
37:114
And (Wa) We certainly (Laqad') favoured (Manannaa Älaa) Moses (Muusaa) and Aaron (Haaruun).
37:115
And (Wa) We rescued them both (Najjai'naa-humaa) and their people (Qaw'ma-humaa) from (Mina) the terrible (El'Äziim) distress (El'Kar'bi).
37:116
And (Wa) We supported them (Nasor'naa-hum'), and (Fa) they (Humu) became (Kaanu') the winners (El'Gaalibiin).
37:117
And (Wa) We gave them both (Aatai'naa-humaa) the Clarifying (El'Mus'tabiin) Book (El'Kitaaba).
37:118
And (Wa) We guided them both (Hadai'naa-humaa) to the straight (El'Mus'taqiim) path (Es'Siraato).
37:119
And (Wa) We left (Tarak'naa) about them both (Älai'himaa) for (Fii) later generations (El'Aakhiriin).
37:120
Peace (Salaamun) be upon (Älaa) Moses (Muusaa) and (Wa) Aaron (Haaruun).
37:121
Indeed, We (Innaa) thus (Kazaalika) reward (Naj'zii) the benevolent (El'Muh'siniin).
37:122
Indeed, both of them (Innahumaa) were among (Min') Our (-naa) believing (El'Mu'miniin) servants (Ebaadi-).
37:123
And (Wa) indeed (Inna), Elijah (il'yaasa) was one of (Lamina) the messengers (El'Mur'saliin),
37:124
when (Iz') he said (Qaala) to (Li) his people (Qaw'mi-hi), "Will you not (Allaa) be pious (Tattaquun)?
37:125
"Do you invoke (A'tad'uuna) Baal (Ba'lan) while (Wa) leaving (Tazaruuna) the best (Ah'sana) of creators (El'Khaaliqiin); (Old Testament - 1 King 18:22 / 1 King 18:40)
37:126
GOD (Ellaha), your LORD (Rabba-kum') and (Wa) LORD (Rabba) of your forefathers (Aabaai-kumul' Awwaliin)?!"
37:127
And (Fa) they denied him (Kazzabuu-hu), so (Fa) indeed, they (Innahum') will be (La) in attendance (Muh'doruun),
37:128
except (illa) the sincerely devoted (El'Mukh'lasiin) servants of GOD (Ebaada-llahi). 3
37:129
And (Wa) We left (Tarak'naa) about him (Älai'hi) for (Fii) later generations (El'Aakhiriin).
37:130
Peace (Salaamun) be upon (Älaa) Elijah (il'yaasiin).
37:131
Indeed, We (Innaa) thus (Kazaalika) reward (Naj'zii) the benevolent (El'Muh'siniin).
37:132
Indeed, he (Innahu) was one of (Min') Our (-naa) believing (El'Mu'miniin) servants (Ebaadi-).
37:133
And (Wa) indeed (Inna), Lot (Luutoan) was one of (Lamina) the messengers (El'Mur'saliin),
37:134
when (Iz') We rescued him (Najjai'naa-hu) and (Wa) his family (Ah'la-hu) all together (Aj'maeen),
37:135
except (illa) the old woman (Lot’s wife) (Äjuuzan), she was among (Fii) those who passed away (El'Gaabiriin).
37:136
Then (Thumma) We destroyed (Dammar'naa) the others (El'Aakhariin).
37:137
And (Wa) indeed, you (p) (Innakum') have been (La) passing over them (Tamurruuna Älai'him) early in the morning (Mus'bihiin)
37:138
and (Wa) at night (Billai'li). Will you then not (Afalaa) reason (Ta'qiluun)?
37:139
And (Wa) indeed (Inna), Jonah (Yuunusa) was one of (Lamina) the messengers (El'Mur'saliin),
37:140
when (Iz') he escaped (Abaqa) to (ilaa) a loaded (El'Mash'huun) ship (El'Ful'ki),
37:141
and (Fa) he participated (entered) (Saahama) and (Fa) was (Kaana) among (Mina) the disclaimers (El'Mud'hadiin).
37:142
So (Fa) the whale (El'Huutu) swallowed him (El'taqama-hu), and (Wa) he (Huwa) was blameworthy (Muliim).
37:143
And (Fa) if not (Law' Laa) because he (Annahu) was (Kaana) of (Mina) those who glorify (El'Musabbihiin),
37:144
he would have (La) remained (Labitha) in (Fii) its belly (Bat'ni-hi) till (ilaa) the day (Yaw'mi) they are resurrected (Yub'äthuun).
37:145
But (Fa) We discarded him (Nabaz'naa-hu) into the open (Bil' Äraa'i) while (Wa) he (Huwa) was ill (Saqiim).
37:146
And (Wa) We germinated (Anbat'naa) a tree (Shajaratan) of (Min) squash (Yaq'tiin) for him (Älai'hi).
37:147
And (Wa) We sent him (Ar'sal'naa-hu) to (ilaa) a hundred (Mi'ati) thousand (Al'fin) or (Aw') more (Yaziiduun),
37:148
and (Fa) they believed (Aamanu'), so (Fa) We made them enjoy (Matta'naa-hum') for (ilaa) a time (Hiin).
37:149
So (Fa) seek their legal opinion (Es'taf'ti-him'), "Does (A-) your LORD (s) (Rabbi-ka) have (Li) daughters (El'Banaatu), while (Wa) they have (Lahumu) sons (El'Banuun)?
37:150
Or (Am') did We create (Khalaq'naa) the Angels (El'Malaaikata) as females (43:19) (Inaathan), and (Wa) they (p) (Hum') were witnesses (Shaahiduun)?"
37:151
Verily (Alaa)! Indeed, they (Innahum) are (La) stating (Yaquuluun) from (Min') their falsehood (If'ki-him'),
37:152
"The son of GOD (Walada-llahu)," but (Wa) indeed, they (Innahum') are (La) liars (Kaazibuun).
37:153
Has HE (God) chosen (As'tofaa) daughters (El'Banaati) over (Älaa) sons (El'Baniin)?
37:154
How do you (Maa Lakum' Kai'fa) judge (Tah'kumuun)?
37:155
Will you then not (Afalaa) take heed (Tazakkaruun)?
37:156
Or (Am') do you have (Lakum') a clear (Mubiin) authority (Sul'toanun)?
37:157
Then bring (Fa'tu' Bi) your book (Kitaabi-kum'), if (In) you should be (Kuntum') truthful (Soadiqiin).
37:158
And (Wa) they have assigned (Jaälu') a lineage (Nasaban) between HIM (God) and (Bai'na-hu Wa Bai'na-) the jinn (El'Jinnati), but (Wa) the jinn (El'Jinnatu) certainly (Laqad') know (Älimati) that they (Annahum') will be (La) in attendance (Muh'doruun).
37:159
Glory be to GOD (Sub'haana-llahi) above what (Ämmaa) they describe (Yasifuun),
37:160
except (illa) the sincerely devoted (El'Mukh'lasiin) servants of GOD (Ebaada-llahi). 4
37:161
And (Fa) indeed, you (p) (Innakum') together with (Wa) what (Maa) you worship (Ta'buduuna),
37:162
you (Antum') cannot (Maa Bi) tempt (Faatiniin) against HIM (Älai'hi),
37:163
except (illa) he (Huwa) who (Man') will burn (Soali) in Hell (El'Jahiim).
37:164
And (Wa) there is not (Maa) one of Us (Angels) (Minnaa) except (illa) he has (Lahu) a fixed (well-known) (Ma'luum) position (Maqaamun).
37:165
For (Wa) indeed (Innaa), We (the Angels) (Nah'nu) are (La) the Arrangers (Es'Soaffuun).
37:166
And (Wa) indeed (Innaa), We (the Angels) (Nah'nu) are (La) those who glorify (El'Musabbihuun).
37:167
And (Wa) indeed (In), they (p) used to (Kaanu' La) say (Yaquuluun),
37:168
"If only (Law' Anna) we had (Endanaa) a remembrance (Zik'ran) from (Mina) the predecessors (El'Awwaliin),
37:169
we would have (La) been (Kunnaa) the sincere (El'Mukh'lasiin) servants of GOD (Ebaada-llahi)."
37:170
But (Fa) they have disbelieved (Kafaru') in it (Bihi), so (Fa) they will (Saw'fa) find out (Ya'lamuun).
37:171
And (Wa) Our word (Kalimatu-naa) has already (Laqad') preceded (Sabaqat') to (Li) Our servants (Ebaadi-naa), the messengers (El'Mur'saliin),
37:172
that (Innahum') they would be (Lahumu) victorious (El'Mansuuruun),
37:173
and (Wa) that (Inna) Our soldiers (Junda-naa) will be (Lahumu) the winners (El'Gaalibuun).
37:174
So (Fa) turn away from them (Tawalla Än'hum') until (Hattaa) a time (Hiin).
37:175
And (Wa) observe them (Ab'sir'hum'); for (Fa) they will (Saw'fa) see (Yub'siruun).
37:176
So is it (Afa-) for (-bi) Our punishment (Äzaabi-naa) they are hastening (Yas'ta'jiluun)?
37:177
But (Fa) when (Izaa) it descends (Nazala) on (Bi) their yard (Saahati-him'), then (Fa) evil (Saa'a) will be the morning (Sobaahu) of those warned (El'Munzariin).
37:178
So (Fa) turn away from them (Tawalla Än'hum') until (Hattaa) a time (Hiin).
37:179
And (Wa) observe (Ab'sir'); for (Fa) they will (Saw'fa) see (Yub'siruun).
37:180
Glory (Sub'haana) be to your LORD (s) (Rabbi-ka), the LORD (Rabbi) of Glory (might) (El'Ezzati); above what (Ämmaa) they describe (Yasifuun).
37:181
And (Wa) peace (Salaamun) be upon (Älaa) the messengers (Mur'saliin).
37:182
And (Wa) praise (El'Hamdu) be to GOD (Lillahi), LORD (Rabbi) of the worlds (El’Äalamiin). (1:2)(SRV - 37:40, 37:74, 37:128, 37:160)
