Praised to Allah is whatever is in the skies and the earth. And He is the Cherished, the Wise.
He, who egressed the unbelievers among the People of the Scripture from their dwellings to the first squash. You never weened that they would egress, and they thought that their buttresses would prevent them from Allah, but Allah came to them from where they did not suppose, and flinged trepidation into their hearts, ravaging their houses by their own hands and the hands of the believers. So, take a precept, O you with vision.
And Had Allah not written exile on them, He would have tribulated them in the mundane. And to them, in the Hereafter is the tribulation of the Fire.
That is because they breached Allah and His Messenger. And whoever breaches Allah, then Allah is staunch in punishment.
Whatever a sapling you cut or left it standing on its roots, then it is by Allah's consent. And to disgrace the defiant.
And whatever Allah conferred upon His Messenger from them; then you did not expedite upon it from horses nor embarks, but Allah incites His messengers upon whomever He wishes. And Allah is Capable upon everything.
Whatever Allah refunded upon His Messenger from the people of the villages, then to Allah, and to the Messenger, and to those with kinship, and to the orphans, and to the impecunious, and to the path-bairn; so that it may not circulate solely between the Rich among you. And whatever the Messenger gave you, take it; and whatever he inhibited you from, then inhibit from it. And protect from Allah. Indeed, Allah is staunch in punishment.
To the poor emigrants who were egressed from their dwellings and their money, pursuing a favor from Allah and satisfaction, and supporting Allah and His Messenger. These are the truthful.
And those who abided the dwelling and the belief before them. They love those who emigrated to them and find no exigency in their chests from what they were given. And they prefer upon themselves, even if there was an exclusivity in them. And whoever is protected from his own parsimony, then those are ploughers.
And those who came after them, saying, 'Our Lord, forgive to us, and to our brothers who preceded us in belief, and do not make shackle in our hearts towards those who believed. Our Lord, You are Forbearing, Merciful.'
Have you not seen those who feigned say to their brothers, who unbelieved, from the People of the Scripture? “If you were egressed, we too will egress with you, and we will never obey anyone in you, and if you were fought, we shall support you.” And Allah witnesses that they are surely liars.
If they were to egress, they will not egress with them; and if they were fought, they will not support them; and if they support them, they will surely alienate the rears; then they will not be supported.
You are surely stauncher in terror in their chests than Allah. That is because they are folk who do not comprehend.
They do not fight you altogether except in buttressed villages, or from behind walls. Their battling between themselves is staunch. You suppose they are together, but their hearts are assorted. That is because they are folk who do not reason.
Like the example of those nearly before them. They tasted the appall of their matter. And to them is a painful tribulation.
Like the example of the Satan, as he said to the human, 'Unbelieve.' But when he unbelieved, he said, 'I am repudiated from you; I fear Allah, the Lord of the Realms.'
So, the sequel for both of them was that they are both are in the Fire, eternal in it. And that is the recompense of the oppressors.
O you who believed! protect from Allah, and let every self gander at what it has forwarded for tomorrow, and protect from Allah. Indeed, Allah is Expert with what you moil.
And do not be like those who forgot Allah, so He made them forget themselves. These are themselves the defiant.
Not equal are the companions of the Fire and the companions of the Garden. The companions of the Garden are themselves the victorious.
If We descended this Quran upon a mountain, you would have seen it passionate asunder from the anxiety of Allah. And these examples We drop to the masses, perhaps they figure.
He is Allah, whom there is no god but Him, the Knower of the Absentia and the Witnessed. He is the Prime, the Merciful.
He is Allah, whom there is no god but Him; the Monarch, the Kudos, the Peace, the Confiding, the Overwhelming, the Cherished, the Brute, the Bigging. Praise be to Allah, above what they associate.
He is Allah; the Creator, the Emancipator, the Designer. To Him are the Excellent Names. Praising to Him, is whatever in the skies and the earth. And He is the Cherished, the Wise.
