Those who disbelieved among the people of the book and the idolaters did not separate until the clear proof came to them,
A messenger from God, he reads purified books,
In it are correct books.
And those who were given the book separated not except after the clear proof came to them.
And they were not commanded except to serve God, sincere to Him in the religion, upright, and to be steadfast in the prayer, and to give the alms; and that is the correct religion.
Indeed, those who disbelieved among the people of the book and the idolaters will be in the fire of hell, to dwell forever in it, those, they are the worst of creation.
Indeed, those who believed and did the good works, those, they are the best of creation.
Their recompense with their Lord is gardens of Eden, beneath which the rivers flow, to dwell forever in it, forever. God is pleased with them, and they are pleased with Him. That is for he who feared his Lord.
