Those who reject (the truth) amongst the people of the Book and the idolaters will not give up until the clear proof reaches them.
A messenger from Allah who recites to them from purified pages.
Containing lasting statements.
Nor did those who were given the book differ except after the clear proof reached them.
And they were only ordered to serve Allah, making religion sincere for Him and devoted, and to keep up prayer and give Zakat, and that is the lasting religion.
Those who reject (the truth) amongst the people of the Book and the idolaters are in the fire of hell where they will remain; they are the worst creatures.
Those who believe and do good work, they are the best creatures.
Their reward with their Lord is the gardens of Eden through which rivers flow where they will remain forever. Allah is content with them and they are content with Him; that is for him who is fearful of his Lord.
